Outbound tourism from the Chinese mainland is likely to exceed 4 million  people during the upcoming National Day holidays, with Korea and Japan becoming  the two hottest attractions and Hong Kong suffering the biggest drop.

　　According to forecasting data of GoldPalm, a consulting firm, the number of  mainland outbound tourists during the week-long holidays will increase 11  percent year-on-year, exceeding 4 million people for the first time, the  paper.cn reported on Tuesday.

　　根据咨询公司金棕榈的数据报导，中国大陆在黄金周期间对外旅游量将会每年以11%的数量增长

　　The report showed that Korea will be the hottest attraction for mainland  tourists while Japan is second. The number of tourists to Japan will increase by  more than 40 percent from last year. Hong Kong however will suffer a 40 percent  decrease in the number of mainland tourists year-on-year.

　　这份报导显示韩国将会是最受大陆游客欢迎的游览地日本排第二.去日本的游客与去年相比会增长40%.然而香港与去年相比游客量会下降40%

　　An employee surnamed Ma at China Oriental Dream International Travel  Service told the Global Times on Tuesday that the company observed a similar  trend.

　　"The previous Occupy protest and the recent civil disobedience by some Hong  Kong citizens have deterred visitors," Ma said.

　　He explained that Japan is one of the hottest destinations because many of  its products have been popular in China recently.
